Partner Account Manager#

Who we are#

We are the team behind Angie Software. The core of the company is a group of experienced developers who stood at the origins of nginx and are now building its evolutionary successor — Angie. Our products are already gaining traction worldwide, and we have set ourselves an ambitious goal: to outpace market giants like F5, Citrix, and Radware.

Our culture is informal and flat: we talk to each other as equals, without bureaucracy or unnecessary formalities. Decisions are made quickly, and arguments matter more than job titles.

What you will be doing:#

  • Growing existing commercial partnerships: you will be the key contact who keeps the dialog alive, helps partners grow, and makes Angie a strategic asset for their business;

  • Running full-cycle deals — from terms discussion and pre-sale activities to controlling shipments, renewals, and upsells — keeping the process seamless for both the partner and the end customer;

  • Building relationships with distributors and launching joint marketing initiatives (webinars, articles, mailings) that boost Angie's visibility through partner channels;

  • Handling the contractual and legal side: aligning agreements, NDAs, and specific terms so that partners feel our speed and reliability;

  • Growing technology partnerships: initiating compatibility tests, working out collaborations, and finding potential for joint lead generation, expanding the Angie ecosystem;

  • Managing strategic OEM relationships (for example, with RedOS), where Angie acts as a "customer" of the partner vendor — here you will build win-win synergy and keep server OS procurement running smoothly.

Who we are looking for:#

  • Sees partnerships not as paperwork and mailings, but as a strategic lever for product growth;

  • Has at least 4 years of experience in IT sales or partner management and understands the specifics of complex infrastructure software (or is ready to ramp up quickly and deeply);

  • Knows how to build trusted, long-term relationships with very different audiences — from technical specialists to commercial directors and business owners;

  • Combines excellent communication skills with strong organization and attention to detail: running several deals in parallel without losing focus comes naturally;

  • Thinks proactively: not just executing requests, but suggesting how to improve the partner experience or find new growth opportunities;

  • Wants to make a personal contribution to scaling the product.

What we offer:#

  • A real opportunity to influence the commercial success of the products and grow the partner ecosystem;

  • Work in a small team of recognized industry experts, where your voice and ideas truly matter and bureaucracy is absent;

  • A flat structure in which you interact directly with technical and commercial leaders;

  • Room for professional growth, backed by a competitive salary, private medical insurance, and paid training and conferences;

  • An accredited IT company and transparent terms.

Work format: hybrid or full-time office (open for discussion), Savyolovskaya metro station, Factoria business center.
