UX/UI Designer (Angie ADC)#
Who we are#
We are the team behind Angie Software. The core of the company is a group of experienced developers who stood at the origins of nginx and are now building its evolutionary successor — Angie. Our products are already gaining traction worldwide, and we have set ourselves an ambitious goal: to outpace market giants like F5, Citrix, and Radware.
Angie ADC is a modern, enterprise-grade application delivery controller. It handles traffic routing, load balancing, SSL offloading, and security — everything needed to keep applications running smoothly inside complex network infrastructures. We are convinced that the key to winning lies not only in the technical excellence of the engine, but also in a deep understanding of market needs that turns complex things into a product people actually want.
Our culture is informal and flat: we talk to each other as equals, without bureaucracy or unnecessary formalities. Decisions are made quickly, and arguments matter more than job titles.
What you will be doing:#
Rethinking and evolving the UX/UI of Angie ADC end-to-end, turning complex networking concepts (load balancing, topologies, security policies) into intuitive and beautiful interfaces for engineers;
Designing user flows, building prototypes and detailed mockups, shaping UI components, icons, and guidelines that together form the product's visual language;
Running usability tests, audience research, and feedback analysis to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the experience based on data rather than guesswork;
Working hand in hand with the development team and the technical product manager: finding the right balance between technical feasibility, business value, and an excellent user experience.
Who we are looking for:#
Believes that UX is a strategy and a competitive advantage, not just "pretty buttons";
Has at least 3 years of UX/UI experience and has worked on complex infrastructure or enterprise products;
Has systems thinking and can break down a technically complex domain into clear patterns and scenarios, rather than just following trends;
Is confident with Figma and other tools, but even more confident with user research methods and data analysis, so they can justify their decisions in front of any audience;
Has a technical background or enough curiosity to dive quickly into networking nuances and speak the same language as developers;
Wants to build a product used by engineers at leading companies.
What we offer:#
A real opportunity to influence a world-class product and see your decisions come to life without the inertia of large corporations;
Work in a team of recognized industry experts, where expertise, initiative, and ownership are valued;
A flat structure in which your voice truly matters and bureaucracy simply does not exist;
A competitive salary, private medical insurance, paid training and conferences — we are invested in your professional growth;
An accredited IT company and transparent terms.
Work format: hybrid or full-time office (open for discussion), Savyolovskaya metro station, Factoria business center.
