Standard technical support provides consulting and assistance with configuration changes,
clarifications on documentation, as well as recommendations for working with network protocols
and operating system settings related to Angie products.

Standard technical support is provided based on a separate agreement and
is available on working days from 10 AM to 8 PM (Moscow time).

- Consulting on changing user operating system settings
  to improve software performance.
- Consulting on optimization possibilities for software interaction
  with other solutions installed by the user.
- Providing support for customizing configuration files to address individual user
  requests.
- Providing updates during the term of technical support services.
