Standard Technical Support#
Standard technical support provides consulting and assistance with configuration changes, clarifications on documentation, as well as recommendations for working with network protocols and operating system settings related to Angie products.
Standard technical support is provided based on a separate agreement and is available on working days from 10 AM to 8 PM (Moscow time). We guarantee a first response within 4 hours of receiving a request.
