# Angie and Angie PRO released version 1.8.3; Console Light updated to version 1.7.0

Version 1.8.3 of the Angie web server and its commercial edition Angie PRO
has been released, including fixes to statistics functionality;
Console Light has been updated to version 1.7.0.

We have updated the open-source Angie web server and its commercial edition,
Angie PRO, to version 1.8.3.

Version 1.8.3 fixes the following issue: [status_zone](https://en.angie.software//angie/docs/configuration/modules/http/index.md#status-zone) statistics in the
HTTP module's [server](https://en.angie.software//angie/docs/configuration/modules/http/index.md#server) block could be calculated incorrectly if requests
hit different statistics zones within a single connection or if an error
occurred early during request processing.

The issue was introduced in version 1.8.2 and was discovered by the community.
We recommend users currently running earlier Angie 1.8.\* versions update to
version 1.8.3.

This bugfix release comes ahead of the 1.9.0 release with new features, ensuring
that users who are not yet ready to upgrade to the new version still receive
updates.

The visual console Angie Console Light, which helps monitor web server metrics
including performance and load in real time, has also been updated to version
[1.7.0](https://en.angie.software//angie/docs/configuration/monitoring.md#monitoring) as part of this release.
