The Russian software developer for high-load systems Angie (Web Server, LLC) has joined the Rubytech Group of Companies. This strategic partnership will expand and enrich the product portfolio of the group, as well as provide the developer with the prospect of stable product development in line with the most pressing needs of the corporate segment.

Since 2022, Angie has been developing its flagship product — a web server designed as a fork based on the world-renowned nginx (an open-source product). In just a few years, Angie's products have established a strong reputation among solutions for clustered software complexes and have earned the status of a market leader in Russia. The company's products are included in the Register of Domestic Software.

As a result of the partnership, clients of the group will have the opportunity to build and develop their own IT infrastructure using high-performance and scalable products from Angie, with implementation and reliable technical support provided by a team of experts, engineers, and system architects from Rubytech. In turn, Angie's development team will continue to enhance the existing product portfolio and ensure the usual level of vendor support for solutions and services for current clients and partners. Both flagship products from Angie — the Angie PRO web server and the Kubernetes cloud environment solution Angie Ingress Controller (ANIC) — as well as the open-source version of the Angie web server will receive more intensive development.

"Thanks to our collaboration with Rubytech, our commercial component will be strengthened by the years of experience and practice of the sales team from the group. This will allow us not only to support and develop our own partner sales channels but also to reach a qualitatively new level.

This will enable us as a developer to quickly and confidently bring a new solution to market — the Angie Application Delivery Controller (Angie ADC), which will replace such Western software products as Citrix ADC/Netscaler, Radware, and F5 BIG-IP," comments Zaur Abasmirzoev, General Director of Angie (Web Server, LLC).

"In making the decision to partner, we primarily focused on the unique expertise of Angie's development team, which was at the origins of the world-class web server nginx.

I am confident that the consolidation of product, commercial, and managerial experience will benefit both parties. Angie's developers will have the opportunity to significantly scale their business and achieve sustainable growth and development: to bring new products to market and make them in demand among corporate clients. In turn, the Rubytech group will be able to offer clients an even broader stack of technologies and solutions for building, developing, and scaling IT infrastructure.

I am confident that this alliance will be a successful and mutually beneficial investment, contributing to the development of the group's business within the framework of a long-term strategy," shares plans for the future CEO of the Rubytech Group Igor Vedjokhin.
